Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

All orders are custom made for your specific needs, you must be 100% sure of purchase prior to paying.  Once your order is placed your card will be charged.  Custom orders are non-refundable and are unable to be changed.  Taxes are all included in prices.   There are no cancellations, changes, or refunds once orders are placed.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your candles arrive broken or damaged please send a picture to [email protected].  Your order will be replaced at no extra charge.
